Tuesday: Meatloaf Muffins, baked potatoes, and cooked carrots with a cinnamon brown sugar glaze
Wednesday: Elisabeth Hasselback’s Kid-Friendly Chicken Fingers with baked sweet potato fries and broccoli

Thursday: Tacos (with gluten free taco seasoning) with homemade refried beans
Friday: Tuna Noodle Casserole (using gluten free noodles and homemade dairy free cream of mushroom soup)
Saturday: Grandma Paula’s Sweet Chili with Cornbread
